Please send us a notification after payment is done.You can do so by sending us an email to enquiry@lookzboutique.com or sms us at 016-6665603. Please include your name, payment method, transaction date and amount of payment.

STEP 5 (CONFIRMATION):
We will send u a confirmation email after we receive your payment notification.

STEP 6 (DELIVERY):
Items will be sent out within 2 working days~(Applicable only on weekdays)-If you were to make payment on Sat or Sun, items will only be sent out on Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping by PosLaju:

West Malaysia (Usually 1 Working Day): RM6 & above

Sabah/Sarawak (Usually 2 Working Days): RM8 & above

Option 2:

Cash On Delivery (COD):

If you are skeptical about shopping online, then just let us know what you intend to buy, we will reserve it in our store for you. All you need to do is just come by & collect your purchase. You can pay on the spot with cash or credit card.

STEP 7 (TRACKING):
We will send u an email containing your tracking no (only if your delivery method is by POSLAJU).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

  1. All items are first come first serve basis.

  2. Only serious buyers; no back outs or exchange after confirmation or else u will be 

      blacklisted.

  3. Upon confirmation, no cancellation or refund is allowed. If you do not want to purchase the 

      particular item, please send us an email to cancel the order.

  4. Items are 100% new and in good condition.

  5. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.
 

  6. Prices shown are not inclusive of shipping fee. Please take note that there will be a minimal 

      charge for the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items.

  7. Kindly notify us upon receiving the goods. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will 

      assume that you have already received the goods.
 

  8. Items may be reserved for a maximum period of 48 hours. Please confirm your orders within 

      48 hours, failing which the items will be released to the buyers.

  9. Deposits will be forfeited if balance is not settled within 4 days.

10. We will only accept/confirm the orders for those who sent us the email/ sms with all 

      necessary details included.

11. Goods sold are NEW and in good condition. We will not be held responsible for any loss or 

      damages incurred during shipping.

12. Tracking number will always be posted on the side of the blog. We will take them down after 

      1 week. After that, we will not be responsible for your parcel.
